BW450/5 mud pump is a horizontal three-cylinder reciprocating single-acting piston pump. This pump is suitable for mud pumps supporting large-diameter drilling rigs within 1000 meters, and can also be used as a supporting pump for impact rotary drilling. The pump has four flow rates and four pressures, which can better meet the needs of different hole diameters, hole depths or drilling processes. Compared with pumps of the same specifications, it has the characteristics of stable operation, wide flow rate variation range, higher output pressure, longer life of wearing parts, and stable performance.
The flushing fluid for this pump should not contain chemical impurities that may corrode metal and rubber parts, and the temperature should not exceed 50°C. When using mud, the recommended specific gravity is 1.03~1.12, the viscosity is 18~25S, the sand content is not more than 4%, the maximum sand particle diameter is not more than 3mm, the pH value is 7~8, and there should be no mud balls, weeds, leaves, etc. in the mud
